Lead Coach: Rachel Thomas

Rachel is an England Netball Level 2 Qualified Coach with a range of experience coaching different age groups. Coaching in a range of environments including within the U13/U14 Leeds Rhinos Pathway, Rachel's main beliefs centre around getting high quality coaching to as many girls and women as possible.

Favourite Netball Activity: Head, Shoulders, Knees and Cones. It brings out the competitive side in everyone!

Assistant Coach: Alice Boal

Having played netball for over 20 years at a range of levels, Alice is now keen to bring her passion, knowledge and love for netball to the next generation. A defensive specialist, Alice is now working towards her Level 1 coaching qualification.

Favourite Netball Activity: Four corners - there's so much that you can do with this drill.

Head of Morale: Freya

Freya came into Rachel's life 3.5 years ago, a true snooze monster she is vital in providing cuddles whilst discussing all things Strive Netball.

Favourite Netball Activity: Rats and Rabbits (when not sleeping she loves to zoom around).
